Summer Program
Children who participate in our summer program have excellent opportunities for exploration, discovery, friendship-building, and skill-building. While kids are having fun, learning keeps their minds and bodies engaged.

Summer Program (3 to 7 years old)
Our Summer program is designed specifically for children aged 3 - 7 years. Both, full-day and half-day participants are welcome in our summer programs.
WEEKLY THEME
At Sunrise Montessori children will enjoy different fun summer theme activities each week, such as Bubbles, Dinosaurs, Under the Sea, Transportation, Out of Space, etc. They will participate in Art and Craft, Science Projects, Water Play, Indoor/outdoor Games and Fun Phonics projects according to the weekly themes.
Every week, a fun theme will be chosen, and all of the activities will revolve around it.
ART & CRAFT
We’ll start off by making some simple summer camp crafts right here at Sunrise Montessori. Children will like these adorable crafts, which range from traditional projects like sun catchers to super simple fingerprint art projects.
Every Monday during Summer Camp, children can participate in arts & crafts.
FUN PHONICS
Now after learning the ditty and identifying the –ay in the words “ray” and “bay,” help your child create his own sting ray!
Our Preschool and Pre-K summer fun phonics activities offer an engaging way for children to develop literacy skills like language, reading, and writing. Through play, repetition, and reinforcement of key principles in phonics, your child will gain phonemic awareness and increased word recognition, building a stronger foundation for successful reading.
Every Tuesday during Summer Camp, children can participate in Fun Phonics.
DIY SCIENCE
DIY Science projects are so much fun for both young children and older children! All our DIY science projects are sure to delight children of all ages!
When school is out, explore, learn, and have fun! Sunrise offers kids a fun day of DIY Science projects and hands-on activities every week. Our summer program offers a variety of science activities and learning opportunities.
Every Wednesday during Summer Camp, children can participate in DIY Science Projects.
GAMES
Traditional summer indoor and outdoor preschool games provide kids much more than just entertainment. They actually play a crucial role in the learning process by fostering friendships among children, allowing them to let off steam, and teaching them life skills.
Here at Sunrise, children can enjoy the ultimate list of our favorite fun summer camp games. All our games encourage “everyone to get engaged” philosophy that keeps all of our kids active, involved, and happy.
Every Thursday during Summer Camp, children can participate in Fun Summer Games.
WATER ACTIVITY
Preschoolers can explore, create, and have fun with summertime water activities at Sunrise Montessori. We offer a variety of preschool water activities to keep your kids occupied!
Children may learn and have fun simultaneously when participating in our summertime water activities for preschoolers. When given a bucket of water and a cup, children will find ways to play with it by sprinkling, pouring, scooping, and stirring.
Every Friday during Summer Camp, children can participate in Water Activities.
